Chilli & Soy Chicken with Kale and Broccoli
I couldn't have been more in love with this meal, my boyfriend is a fantastic cook and this is a really healthy meal to try!
The sauce is really simple, 2 parts soy to 1 part water, cornmeal for thickness blended with ginger, chilli , garlic and seasoned to taste. Add this to the cooked chicken to heat through and thicken. I honestly prefer raw vegetables, but these have been boiled for 2 minutes until warm and seasoned with garlic salt and pepper.
